I have been professionally active in Marketing and Communications for the last 20+ years.

Working Experience

I have worked for L’ Oreal Hellas in Marketing and Trade Marketing positions for many years. I was involved in brand names having most sales in the market as: Biotherm (Homme), L’ Oreal Professionnel, Lancome and Kiehl’s which is a new brand name in the Greek market. Additionally, I have worked for various businesses in the field of Marketing and Communication.

Having long standing experience in Trade Marketing (creating sales mechanisms within the shops/stores) I have specialized in consumer psychology and I am able to identify the mechanisms for its application on the sales interaction so as to achieve bigger success.

I am a trained Business & Personal coach, a member of HCA (Hellenic Coaching Association), EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and of ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am a Scientific Partner of the Institute of Small Enterprises (IME) of GSEVEE embedded in its registry with the aim of supporting businesses.

In 2017, I was awarded the Certification System for Individual Consultants according to ΕΝ ISO / IEC 17024:2012, which has been approved by the Hellenic Accreditation System (E.SY.D.), by the Hellenic Association of Management Consulting Firms (SESMA), the Hellenic Firm of Management Consultants (ELESMA) and the Certification Body DQS Hellas and I was certified as a Senior Consultant. The certification in question guarantees the professional skills and qualifications in the Business Consultancy field and I am one of the few Consultants who have earned it. In addition, I am a certified (pre-qualified) consultant of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - EBRD in Greece.

In 2019 I was certified as Mentor Early Warning Europe by the The Interchamber Certification Body of the Central Union of Chambers of Commerce.
In parallel, I produce and host the television show “Marketing in Practice”, focused on marketing, which has been airing on Greek television since 2014. To date, 227 episodes have been produced, and the show has been broadcast on SBC TV, Attica TV, ONE Channel, and 11 other regional stations.

I also produced and hosted the radio show “Marketing on the GO”, which aired live every Saturday for four years on Amagi Radio, as well as the show “Epixirimatikotita sta FM”, which ran for two seasons on Kanali 1 90.4FM. Today, I produce and host a business-focused radio show on Talk Radio 989 by Alpha, broadcast live every Saturday & Sunday from 19:00 to 20:00.

Finally, my marketing podcasts are available through Athens Voice magazine.

In 2022 I received the award Best Aesthetics Marketing Consultant for my contribution to the Greek Beauty industry.

In 2025, I received the Visionary Marketing Consultant award at the Franchise Awards for my effectiveness in business marketing strategies.

In 2026, I received the Best Marketing Consultant 2026 award at the Franchise Awards, in recognition of my substantial and innovative contribution to the field of marketing and business development.

Pro Bono Mentoring

I have been selected to offer pro bono business mentoring session by the following organizations:

Volunteering – Social Engagement

I actively participate in the volunteer travel missions of the INSETE Tourism School to remote regions of Greece, offering up-to-date knowledge, skills, motivation, and inspiration to local professionals and entrepreneurs.

Additionally, I am trained and certified in: a) First Aid provision, b) Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillator (BLS/AED) use, and c) Mental Health First Aid, certified by the Hellenic Red Cross.

Education - Training

I have earned 2 degrees of higher education (Marketing Communications, Management in International Business), 1 Master’s degree (Master’s in Business Administration focusing on Marketing) & I am an Athens College graduate.

I speak English, French, Arabic and I am a member of the Mensa International. Moreover, I keep up to date with all new marketing approaches as well as the ones on the new digital platforms. I am the first person certified in Greece regarding Social Media marketing management, by the eMarketing Association (CSMA).

Finally, I have taken part in various marketing, advertisement & communication competitions in which I have been awarded.
